Information handled

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company or team, project type, and message you provide. If you email us directly, we also receive the contents of that email and any attachments you include. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website and provides the form's security check, may process technical request and security information such as an IP address, browser details, and access logs. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information in your enquiry.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss potential work, operate and secure the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. KartenLabs does not sell personal information.

Cookies and tracking

KartenLabs does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, or non-essential cookies on this website. If that changes, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated.

Providers and retention

Information may be processed by providers needed to run the website and email, including Cloudflare, EmailJS, and our connected email delivery provider, or disclosed where required by law. These providers may process information outside India. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, a client relationship, security, or legal obligations.
